The worst thing you want to know about flying into space through NASA space shuttles is that the astronauts end up drinking their own Urine in recycled form because they cannot carry too much natural water with them.

Also as part of the scientific advancements which need to be exploited for all space programs, the Urine recycling is done and the target is to get over 90% of the water requirements of astronauts in future, through urine and moisture.  The best things of going through space walk and seeing the earth from thousands of kilometers away are all still enjoyable, as long as you do not remember that you are drinking your own urine to avoid dehydration.
