GM and Chrysler are now thinking of accepting a pre planned bankruptcy filing which will help them to negotiate for better terms from vendors / creditors / labor unions and then take the support finance line from the FED. This way US FED will be able to ensure that there is more accountability and feasibility on the massive tax payer money that it will be using for the bailout of the Auto majors. This can indeed turn around the entire automobile industry quickly, aver experts.
