Futures trading is something which induces every long term cash market player but hardly anybody wins the Futures games. Only because, the volatility pulls you down either way and on seeing huge losses, your mind gets tuned to get out at marginal loss or marginal profit once some recovery happens. And once the losses go beyond what you can take, you end up taking much higher risks and lose more money than what you can afford, leading you to financial mess. So concentrate on cash market with a long term focus and avoid Futures market which are short term or rather hour oriented and cannot be predicted at all.
