When the US SEC authorities served a notice on the troubled Texas billionaire Sir Allen Standford few days back, they were unable to trace him anywhere. That forced them to sound out to FBI officials who have yesterday traced him in Richmond area. The FBI sources say that they are proceeding with their independent investigation on the eight billion dollar fraud, doubted to be committed by the billionaire. More skeletons are likely to come out in coming weeks, if the investigating agencies are successful.
