Chess and Life

Many a times the game of chess tells you how life typically pans out. In chess, as in life, the start matters a lot. If you have white pieces, you have a definite advantage. The advantage can mean nothing but all chess experts agree that white is slightly better placed. In chess, as in life, it is very difficult to come out of blunders. One mistake, you plunge to your defeat and ingominy and you need to start all over again. In chess, as in life, all small mistakes cumulate over time and come to haunt us. In chess as in life, one needs planning and preparation. It is just that in life, there is no clear one enemy to be captured.
