There is power in the word FREE. The most used word by the marketing community is undoubtedly the word “FREE”. The next one is “NEW Improved” but that can wait our scrutiny till the next post.
Why are we so hung up on ‘FREE”? May be because there is so little in life that is free. There is indeed no free lunch. We know it in our heart of hearts. However, the word free gives us hope of getting a lot more than what we bargained for. Hence the hope. Hence the power.
