We all need some outlet for all our emotions and pains and pressures. What do we do? we talk to others. We write letters. We send sms. We send emails. The disabled people or better called as the differently abled people are no different from us in that respect. They need a private place where they can interact with people like them and discuss their unique problems and discuss what they can do to better their quality of life. That is where the disabled chat comes in. It provides a privacy and a place where they can all get together and discuss their life interests.
