The US housing sales has unexpectedly reversed the four month winning streak , by reporting a 2.7% decline in the month of August 2009. The drop has come as a shock to most of the analysts who fear that with the withdrawal of the government stimulus scheme of 8000 dollars from November end, the housing sector might only face tougher times.
