North Korea has once again gone for a series of testing of short range missiles in the past few days. The North Korean military is said to have tested at least five short range missiles which are capable of hitting the heart of Seoul , the capital of South Korea.
The missile tests have been condemned on a strong note by Russia and US, while South Korea is deliberately avoiding a strong protest. The talks between North Korea and six other nations on nuclear and other security issues are scheduled in the next few days.
