The Largest bank of Europe HSBC has sold its Paris building. The Paris building was sold for $573 million to private investors. The private investors represented the French properties of management. In 2 months around three buildings were sold worldwide by HSBC.
At 103 avenue des champ Elysees HSBC plans to lease the building for 9 years. So far HSBC has sold its headquarters at Europe to South Koreas national plan service for $1.3 billion. The HSBC has also sold the New York building to Israel’s IDB for $330 million. The HSBC is known for its customer’s service and dedication.
The global collapse of the commercial real estate market has lead to the current crisis at HSBC banking group.
