Nowadays we have a list of diseases and we live in a fear that those diseases may affect us someday. Just after the age of thirty to forty range we all come into a strange malady of diseases around us. A little symptoms like breathlessness,headache sweating too much and less energy makes us tensed. When we go to the Physician after going through many of the tests all the tests come normal while we are anxious.

At last doctor says that we are just having depression of that particular age and some anti depressant pills was prescribed. While the consultation fees, test fees and the counseling fees will be causing a large charges. In-spite of doing all these when we consult our grandmother or mother they give out simple solutions. The experiences they share is simple and easy to attain improves our health and gives us the happiness.

We all have happiness in our hearts and just need to find out in simple steps though very small they bring happiness. We can bring joys by owning a good friendship which last long sharing sumptuous food,sharing laughter and taking up sevas. About euro 1,20,000 taxpayers money was used by the British government for a drama workshop. The drama workshop conducted by the British government to teach the civil servants of how to breathe and stand up properly. Many people who attended the workshop included the Officials and diplomats from the foreign and commonwealth office. The courses was big conducted by the Royal academy of Dramatic Art which is one of the prestigious schools of the world.

Some of the Royal Academy previous students include Alan Rickman and Kenneth Branagh said the reports. To improve communication who one should improve the breathing was being taught in the workshops said the envoys. Some people took up the courses for the posture ,stand properly and projects an air of confidence was taught. The courses which was conducted was led by a former director of the national youth theater whose name is Jane Bostonb.

When humans are in a noisy situation r friends and speak to them in gestures so do whales. The gesturing communication was being discovered by the Australian scientists. The whales when have the ocean noisy around them communicate with each other by gesturing. The wind whips the ocean and makes it noisy making difficult to communicate to sea creatures.

Research was being conducted by cetacean ecologist Dr.Rebecca Dunlop from university of Queensland. The whales do the gestures with their hump backs say the researchers. The dump back whales, of east coast Australia being studied e scientist. A noise was being generated by wind whipping waves which was being recorded and generated. The wind whipping causes low frequencies to whale vocalizations.

Underwater ocean noise as being recorded by microphones and was being compared to whales. The more the noisy situation the more whales were seen spending their time on the surface of the ocean. The whales were seen breaching and slapping their fins against the surface of the ocean. The world has got a whisky which has been more than 70 years. The Scottish distillery has the wonderful whisky and was buried below before the Second World War. John Urquhart was the creator of the creator of the whisky and now his great grand daughter Claire Urquhart holds a euro 10,000 decanter of the malt. The world’s oldest single malt saw its splendor in the Edinburgh Castle.

The speyside single malt whisky was released under the “generations” brand. The whisky was in t5he Spanish oak hogshead cask which contained 54 full sized and small decanters. The cost of 70 cl decanter will be euro 10,000 and 20 cl costs euro 2,500.The cask was filled on October 1938 by John Uruquhart. The companies’ joint managers are Michael and David Uruquhart.

The directors announced they waited for 70 th day of 2010 to announce the 70 year malt. The directors also told
they were anxiously waiting for the generations and is a lifetime expertise. The malt, Morlach has no comparison and is Scotland’s liquid history said the owners. A bottle which was presented to the queen went to the national museum of Scotland. The whisky writer Charles MacLean described the 70 year whisky as a delicate, fresh, vital, fruity whisky with unusual attributes of waxiness and smokiness.
